PRIVACY POLICY FOR GAME CREATOR (ANDROID)

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application GAME CREATOR ("Application") that was created by SilentWorks ("the Developer") for the Android operating system. The Application is intended to provide a tool for creating games with user generated content.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application does not have a registration process and no information is provided by the user upon use of the application. Purchase data is collected by the App Stores, of which limited information is provided to the Developer. This information generally does not contain the purchaser's name, address, phone number, or email address, and is not personally identifiable.

Information you voluntarily provide us when you contact us for help may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, device version, operating system version, if using the "Contact Support" feature. We may use the information you provided us to provide support requested by you.

Automatically Collected Information

The application does NOT collect and store any information about your device. "Phone state" permission is required to check if the application is in paused mode or currently running.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. We do NOT share any information with third parties.
Information provided to us when you use the "Contact Support" feature is NOT shared with third parties.

Sharing created games

Games you voluntarily publish are stored on our game server. The game server stores the game without any personal information about the creator.

Sharing created images

Images (sprites) you voluntarily publish are stored on our game server. The game server stores the image without any personal information about the creator.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Advertisements

The application does NOT display any advertisements.

When sharing your games, the following policy applies:

Sexually Explicit Material: Apps that contain or promote pornography are prohibited; this includes sexually explicit or erotic content, icons, titles, or descriptions.

Hate Speech: We don't allow content advocating against groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity.

Intellectual Property: Don't infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, (including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, and other proprietary rights), or encourage or induce infringement of intellectual property rights. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Spam: Do NOT upload announcements, questions, answers, comments or any non-playable game, do NOT write personal or public messages about a person, a game or your private life. The Game Server is only for PLAYABLE games, spam games will be removed.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at www.androidgamecreator.com/game_creator_privacy_policy.html, which is also linked to inside the Help section of the Application, and mentioning that the policy has changed in the "What's New" notification dialog of the Application. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
